Training Event: Governance for a Resilient Environment

The CORE (Cross-border Opportunities for a Resilient Environment) Project aims to develop capacity for cross-border environmental projects…

Funded by PEACEPLUS until July 2028, the CORE project will offer training, mentoring, cross-border partnership support and an online knowledge hub for NGOs. Starting this Autumn, we will be offering a series of training sessions to help organisations acquire the skills and knowledge they need to develop cross-border projects.

Booking is now open for the first of these training sessions in Belfast.

Training event: Governance for a Resilient Environment, Wednesday 4th November, 10:30am – 3:30pm, Belfast.

Clayton Hotel, 22-26 Ormeau Ave, Belfast BT2 8HS – a ten-minute walk from Belfast Grand Central Station.

Topics the training will cover:

  • Building and recruiting an effective board

  • Knowledge sharing with environmental groups, North and South
  • Discuss challenges and solutions with a network of peers
