Creggan Country Park was set up in 1977 and provides balanced opportunities, providing employment in the outdoor pursuits industry while also encouraging environmental awareness through programmes of environmental education and events, planting programmes and a robust development programme incorporating renewable energy technologies wind power and hydro scheme.
