Supporting Communities – Project Co-ordinator (ONSIDE Evolution Project)

Lead the delivery of a major cross-border programme improving digital inclusion for people with disabilities. Manage staff, oversee performance and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery across Northern Ireland and border regions.

Supporting Communities is recruiting a Project Co-ordinator to lead its delivery of the ONSIDE Evolution Project, a major cross-border initiative supported by PEACEPLUS.

This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating delivery, managing staff and ensuring compliance across Supporting Communities’ strand of a high-profile, multi-partner programme focused on digital inclusion and improving access for people with disabilities.

As Project Co-ordinator, you will oversee a team of Digital Inclusion Officers, ensuring that project activities are delivered effectively, targets are achieved and participants receive a high-quality, inclusive service. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating delivery across programme areas, supporting staff performance, and ensuring that all outputs are delivered in line with agreed timelines.

You will play a central role in ensuring compliance with PEACEPLUS and programme requirements, including monitoring outputs, maintaining audit-ready records, and reporting to the Lead Partner and funder. You will also work closely with project partners across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland to support coordinated and effective delivery.

This role requires strong organisational and leadership skills, experience managing projects or programmes, and the ability to ensure high standards of performance, governance and compliance.

Key Details

  • Contract: 3 Year Fixed Term
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Salary: NJC Point 30 (£40,777 per annum)
  • Company pension scheme
  • Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave plus customary holidays (pro rata)
  • Location: Primarily home-based, with travel across Northern Ireland and border counties as required
  • Interviews: Friday 17th April 2026
