NICVA – InsightLink Project Manager

Description

Looking for a role where you can help connect organisations, strengthen collaboration across these islands, and contribute to work that supports the voluntary and community sector?

NICVA is delivering InsightLink – Connecting Communities Through Shared Knowledge, a major partnership programme bringing organisations across Northern Ireland, Ireland and Great Britain together to strengthen collaboration, improve sector knowledge, and support more informed strategic planning. The project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

To support delivery of this ambitious programme, we are recruiting for two roles within the InsightLink team: Project Manager and Support Officer.  Together, these roles will work closely with partners across the voluntary and community sector, helping deliver a programme that builds shared knowledge, supports cross-border collaboration, and strengthens strategic planning across jurisdictions.

This role will lead the operational delivery of the InsightLink programme. You will coordinate partners and stakeholders across organisations and jurisdictions, oversee delivery of key programme outputs, and ensure the project meets its objectives, milestones and compliance requirements.

The role leads delivery across three key areas:

  • Development of the VCSE Knowledge Data Hub
  • Establishment of the All-Island Alliance
  • Delivery of cross-border collaboration and engagement events

You will work closely with NICVA’s senior team, project partners including The Wheel in Dublin, and organisations across these islands to ensure the programme delivers meaningful and lasting impact for the sector.

Salary: £39,862 – £41,771 (NICVA Grade I)

Contract: Fixed-term for 36 months, full-time (35 hours per week)

What’s in it for you?

  • Hybrid working with NICVA offices in Belfast
  • Generous leave, pension and wellbeing support
  • The opportunity to work on a high-profile cross-border partnership programme
  • A chance to contribute to work that strengthens collaboration and knowledge across the voluntary and community sector
