National Museums NI – Transport Stores Tours Volunteer
Description
We’re opening the doors to NI’s Transport and Industry Store for self-guided tours and we want you to help us make it an experience to remember. Our Transport and Industry store is a treasure trove of thousands of automotive, aeronautic and industrial collections that highlight our history of invention in this part of the world.
Visitors will be invited to take a self-guided tour of this special private collection, including Rex McCandless’ innovations, historic bicycles, motorbikes, planes and boats including the rare Shorts Sealand. This is a unique opportunity to see a working space unlike our visitor facing museum sites and by volunteering you will be a part of it.
Volunteers will support us to welcome audiences in a safe and enjoyable way into the stores we need additional support to keep both our visitors and our collections safe.
