Volunteers needed to “restore” the old historic Dunville Garden.

(1880-1900) in the Reburn Country Park, transforming it into a community garden to become a valuable local asset.

Role Description:

Holywood Shared Town and the Men’s Shed require people with a real interest and some experience in forest, ground maintenance, and gardening.

A warm welcome awaits you to our group you will enjoy meeting new people and having fun!!

No experience is necessary but you will use and learn new skills including, teamwork, communication and gardening skills.

You will undertake general maintenance of the grounds, weeding, planting and tidying of the area for short periods of time, alongside enjoying the grounds.

We welcome all ages and only ask for a few hours a month, during which you will make a huge difference to the local community.
