Priority Landscapes and Species: Cryptic Wood White (CWW) at Craigavon Lakes, Craigavon
Join us on a work party to help make a difference for some of our most threatened species, while also enjoying the health and well-being benefits of working outdoors and together!
We’ll be working with Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council to manage an area of Craigavon Lakes well-known for its CWW population where encroaching scrub is a threat to the grassland habitat the species relies on.
What to bring: Warm, water-proof clothing as well as sturdy boots/wellies are a must. Please bring a packed lunch. Tools and equipment will be provided. Looking forward to it – everyone’s welcome!
