Date: 11th November 2026

Time: 12:30am – 2:00pm

Location: Penthouse Suite, Europa Hotel, Great Victoria St, Belfast BT2 7AP

For companies, councils and development agencies navigating social value commitments, this session explores what deep, meaningful engagement can look like when culture and creativity lead the way. Brink! will share three live case studies across Belfast, from transforming a derelict city-centre site into a community garden, to working with neighbourhood gardens, and exploring the heritage of flax in north Belfast. Discover how storytelling, heritage skills and creative practice can build trust, share power and create lasting community benefit, and what it really takes to move from consultation to meaningful participation, capacity building and cultural place-making.
