Are you looking to bring outdoor learning to your classroom, group or community? Join us for a free, hands-on workshop at Peatlands Park with RSPB NI and PeacePlus Nature.

Get out on the bog and explore local wildlife, uncover the history of our peatlands, and find out about the vital conservation work happening right here. You’ll see how learning outdoors can bring a landscape to life, and come away with fresh ideas and the confidence to try it yourself.

Whether you’re a teacher, classroom assistant, youth leader, volunteer or simply curious about nature, everyone aged 18+ is welcome. No experience needed.

Meeting point: Peatlands Park

Places: 16 available, free to attend

What to bring: Sturdy walking boots or wellies, weather-proof layers, water and a packed lunch.

Please note: We will be off road on uneven ground, so this session is not suitable for prams, wheelchairs or anyone with limited mobility.
