Do you love being outdoors and immersed in nature?

We are inviting our local community to become a part of our team at Castle Espie for the day!  These events are open to all and is your chance to meet a great team of people and find out more about the work that goes in to managing our beautiful spaces. No experience necessary and we’ll provide everything you need to get stuck in!

We have two dates available:

Wednesday 23rd August, 10.00 – 15.00

Wednesday 13th September, 10.00 – 13.00

As part of the day, we will talk you through our reserve and what we do, and the rest of the day will be spent giving practical help to the tasks at hand! These tasks may vary depending on the season and the weather, but could include things such as scrub clearance, hide maintenance, weeding, or building fences.

We’ll provide the tea and coffee (and maybe a biscuit or two!) but please come with a packed lunch, and suitable clothing for working outdoors.
