Groundwork NI – Office Volunteer

Description

Location: Our head office: 63-75 Duncairn Gardens, Belfast BT15 2GB

Supported by: A volunteer supervisor and the Administrative team at Groundwork NI

Training: Induction training. Additional training as appropriate.

Role purpose: Volunteering is embedded within the overall vision, values, culture and aims of our organisation. It is crucial to our operations, and we appreciate the time, skills and effort our volunteers bring to Groundwork NI. We require an office volunteer to help us with answering telephones, filing, making copies, data entry and ensuring our offices meet health and safety standards, in order to continue to make them welcoming and safe environment.

Personal qualities and experience:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team or by oneself
  • Has an interest or background in administration
