Tree Charter Festival 2020

Saturday 28 November 2020

Online

WoodlandTrust

Join us for the biggest virtual celebration of woods and trees the UK has ever seen! This year to celebrate our third anniversary of the launch of the Tree Charter we will be hosting an online festival. We will have live talks on the impact of Climate Change, diversity in the environmental movement, youth engagement, working with your local tree officer, and the 2021 local elections.

The event will also showcase the work Charter Branches across the UK have been doing over the past three years to bring the Tree Charter Principles to life. We have fantastic artwork, music, dance and even a circus performance in the woods to look forward too!

Finally, we are hosting Zoom meet and greets for each region to help you connect with others and gain inspiration of what you could do for your community. We will provide a full programme for the day nearer to the event. If you can’t make the whole day, we encourage you to attend the sessions that seem most interesting and enjoy the artwork and videos provided by Charter Branches.

November 28th @ 12:30 – 5pm
