The National Climate Change Conference 2021
Wednesday 27 January 2021
TBC, Central London
In 2019, the UK Government became the first major economy pass laws ending its contribution to global warming in 2050. The 2020 Decarbonising Transport policy supports this, complementing existing initiatives across the UK. The Committee on Climate Change has highlighted that the Covid–19 recovery effort presents an opportunity to invest in green infrastructure and low–carbon jobs as we develop new ways to live and work.
