Sustainability and Planning for the Future

Tuesday 27 June 2017

Ranfurly House, Tower Room, Dungannon

planning

Sustainability and planning for the future is vital to ensure the long–term management and legacy, at an organisational and project level, for all voluntary and community groups. This event is open to Space & Place grantees, NIEL Members and wider sector groups who wish to learn more about planning for their future.

We have developed a morning event focusing on the key questions and areas of further learning that grantees seek to learn more about. This open seminar and workshop event will equip attendees with an overview of strategic planning, as well as focusing on key operational and financial planning topics.

The seminar will be followed by breakout sessions giving attendees the opportunity for focused discussion on a particular area of their choice to obtain more detailed information and advice.

The morning event will be followed by a networking lunch, giving attendees further opportunity to share their own experiences and learning with groups from across the community, heritage and environment sectors.
