Explore the magic of natural dyes and make your own eco-art with artist Kristen Robb.
This workshop focuses on creating natural inks using native plant species found around the Kircubbin rewilding site. Participants will learn the basics of ink-making, extracting beautiful and unique colours from plants. We will then use these natural inks to paint on watercolour paper, exploring the organic beauty of locally foraged hues.
As part of the workshops, I will explain how regenerative practices—like engaging with natural dyes and local biosphere knowledge—can contribute to more sustainable and thoughtful forms of design work.
Suitable for all ages, especially children. A creative and colourful celebration of nature.
