Category: Conference

Tuesday 28th May – 9.30 – 16.00 – Room 0G.012, David Keir Building, Stranmillis Road

How can we create places that are more natureful and greener? What role can planning play in making our places more just, biodiverse and resilient? This practice-orientated conference will explore how comparative practices in relation to Biodiversity Net Gain, Nature-Based Solutions and Urban Greening could be implemented to make more space for nature in the neighbourhoods, villages, towns and cities in Northern Ireland. The event is co-organised by Wild Belfast and the Planning Department in Queen’s University Belfast.
