Bushcraft for Beginners

Tollymore Field Studies Centre

This Bushcraft for Beginners workshop based at Tollymore Forest Park will provide participants with the opportunity to develop lifelong skills in fire lighting, shelter building, navigation, knot work and campfire cooking. The group will have the opportunity to explore a range bushcraft techniques to comfortably enjoy remote environments in a range of weather conditions.

The course is aimed at those with little or no prior experience in bushcraft, or those wishing to refresh their skills.

This course runs from 10:00 to 16:00 and includes a packed lunch.

This course will be run by Centre staff with years of experience in outdoor learning and bushcraft training.
