Wildlife Tracking

Saturday 16 September 2017

Tollymore Field Studies Centre

This workshop will take participants on a journey through Tollymore Forest Park investigating signs of animal activity. Your tutor will be an experienced tracker, with the knowledge to track mammals, both small and large. Focusing primarily on Deer, Badgers, Foxes, Squirrels, Pine Martens and Birds, the groups will investigate animal behaviours when feeding, travelling and at rest. Tollymore is famous throughout Northern Ireland for its broad wildlife population, making it the ideal location for this animal tracking workshop.

The course is aimed at those with little or no prior experience in Animal Tracking, or those wishing to refresh their knowledge.

This course runs from 10:00 to 16:00 and includes a packed lunch.
