Fuel poverty: heating homes

It has been announced that there is to be another round of cold weather payments, depending on where you live. If you qualify, you will receive the payment automatically. But people fighting fuel poverty do not always find it so easy to get help.

They find it hard to navigate the rules and regulations that govern the system. They often do not qualify for insulation or heating schemes and in many cases are put off even applying.
